ECHON Entertainment & ECHON Live
Operated by ECONG LLC
Last updated: October 23, 2026
At ECHON Entertainment, we believe thoughtful experiences should be supported by thoughtful treatment of personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how ECONG LLC, which owns and manages the ECHON Entertainment brand ("ECHON," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you visit our sites, inquire about or book entertainment, or use ECHON Live to submit event song requests.
This policy applies to www.echonentertainment.com, live.echonentertainment.com, and related ECHON-managed online inquiry, planning, and event-request experiences. Third-party services may have their own privacy notices.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide to us. Depending on your interaction with ECHON, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, event type, date and location, venue, organization, planning preferences, questions, and other information entered in an inquiry, contract, planning form, or message.
Event and guest-request information. ECHON Live may process requested songs and artists, event identifiers, submission times, optional guest names or messages, and optional contact details where an event's request page offers those fields. Information entered in a free-text field may include details you choose to share. Please avoid submitting sensitive information about yourself or anyone else.
Client planning and event production information. Where relevant to an event, this may include timelines, introductions, pronunciation guides, wedding-party details, photographs, recordings, and other materials clients or participants choose to provide.
Payments and booking records. If you book or pay for services, we may receive billing contact details, payment status, invoices, transaction references, and related records. Payment-card information entered through an external payment processor is handled by that processor subject to its own policies.
Automatically collected information. Our websites, hosting providers, and integrated services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, operating systems, approximate location inferred from IP address, access times, referring pages, error logs, cookies, and similar technical information. The specific technologies in use depend on the site and its configuration.
2. Why we use information
We use information as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries; provide quotes, contracts, invoices, and booked services; plan and coordinate events; operate ECHON Live and route song requests to the appropriate event team; communicate about event logistics; maintain security and prevent abuse; troubleshoot and improve our services; keep appropriate business records; and comply with legal obligations.
Submitting a song request does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing. When marketing communications are offered, they are a separate choice from participating in an event.
3. ECHON Live song requests
ECHON Live lets guests suggest songs for an identified event. Depending on the event settings, a guest may be able to submit a song without providing a name or contact details. Authorized ECHON personnel and event collaborators may review requests to deliver the event.
A song request is a suggestion, not a guarantee of playback. Do not include confidential personal information in a song request or message. If a request page offers sharing, voting, or public display of requests, its on-screen instructions should explain which submission details other event participants may see.
4. Communications and marketing choices
We may contact clients and requesters to reply to questions, administer bookings, deliver requested services, or send service-related notices. Promotional communications are distinct from these operational messages.
When offered, enrollment in promotional email must be a separate, optional choice, and we honor applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements. You can stop promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not prevent essential event or transaction communications.
Advertising audiences. If you opt in to marketing, we may also use your email address to show you relevant ECHON ads on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, for example by adding it to a custom advertising audience. Those platforms match it against their own users under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not use song-request contact details for advertising unless you have opted in, and we do not offer marketing on school or youth event request pages. You can opt out at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us, and we will remove your information from the advertising audiences we manage.
5. Who may receive information
We may disclose information to personnel and service providers assisting with website hosting, forms, client management, email, payments, technical infrastructure, and event production; to advertising platforms, for people who have opted in to marketing, as described in Section 4; to event organizers and authorized event collaborators to the extent needed for their event; or to others when required by law or to address fraud, security, or legal claims.
Service providers process information in accordance with their own terms and our applicable arrangements. We do not give event organizers unrestricted access to unrelated events' information. Any event-based access controls should be enforced by the ECHON Live application, not merely by privacy-policy language.
If our business is reorganized or transferred, relevant business records may be disclosed as permitted by law, subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Cookies, analytics, and third-party services
Our sites may use essential cookies, analytics, and other browser technologies for operation, security, preferences, and measuring site performance. Certain third-party tools may set or read their own cookies or identifiers.
Where required, we will provide a method to exercise choices regarding nonessential cookies or comparable technologies. A cookie-settings link should function only when a real preferences or consent mechanism is implemented. Browser settings may also let you restrict some technologies, although this can affect functionality.
External booking, payment, social media, and other linked platforms have their own policies, which you should review when using them.
7. Information about children and school events
ECHON provides entertainment at some school and youth events, but an event's school designation does not automatically make an online request page appropriate for children under 13.
Children under 13 should not provide names, contact details, photographs, or other identifying information directly through ECHON Live unless an appropriate process for any legally required consent and safeguards has been established. For school or youth events, ECHON may limit features, disable optional identifying fields and marketing, or restrict online requests while appropriate protections are reviewed.
If you believe personal information about a child was submitted inappropriately, please contact us so we can review the matter and respond as required by law. School authorization cannot simply be assumed to authorize commercial marketing to children.
8. Retention
We keep information for periods reasonably needed to fulfill events and contracts, respond to inquiries, maintain appropriate business and tax records, support security and dispute resolution, or comply with legal duties. Periods can differ for guest requests, client files, invoices, and marketing records.
The specific deletion and retention controls for ECHON Live must be configured and tested in the live application. We will not promise a fixed deletion period unless that period is actually implemented.
9. Security
We use reasonable operational, administrative, and technical measures appropriate to the information and services involved. No method of storage or internet transmission is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive payment details or other confidential information through public song-request messages.
10. Your choices and requests
You may ask us about the personal information associated with you, request a correction or deletion, unsubscribe from marketing, or raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons. We may ask for information needed to verify a request before taking action.
Additional rights may apply depending on your place of residence and applicable law. Contact us through the details below and describe your request.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, vendors, information practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be available on our website with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice about material changes.
